Gary J. Valerino, Esq.

Gary Valerino, Esq. is a 1998 graduate of Syracuse University Law School. Mr. Valerino is admitted to practice in all New York State Courts, the Federal Northern District of New York, and the Supreme Court of the United States. Since 1994, he has been a partner at Meggesto, Crossett & Valerino, LLP.

Mr. Valerino concentrates his practice in areas of business, landlord/tenant law, and litigation including collection, subrogation, and estates, while assisting his partners and associates in the areas of Workers’ Compensation, and Social Security Disability.

He is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA) and the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP). He is also an approved subrogation counsel for many of the major insurance companies.
